| − | Investing or the making of the investment can't be confined simply to the field of economics and finance. While it is true that it is most often seem for the reason that frame of reference, it is broader and is is a part of every person's life.

| − | Investment, when i prefer to define it, may be the act of putting effort into something now hoping of having coming back later. It can be just about anything Time is a very common investment. Take fitness, for example: you put in time in the club now, so you get a healthier body and physique later. In this way, when i write in my blog, you are trading time let's focus on more time later.

| − | You will find countless types of investments. From stocks, bonds, and mutual funds (and every one of the types in each), to government purchase of military or infrastructure. The list is basically never-ending. But these are not the kind that matter most, though I actually do find them a crucial part of financial security and freedom. Examples of investment outside the markets or government can lead you to investing your time and effort in someone else, - much like Multi-Level Marketing (MLM), or the way businesses often use franchises - investing effort and time into cultivating your intellect, or investing profit a toy, movie, book or other item which will bring you some sort of happiness. A realistic look at the situation is, a sizable area of the things we all do are technically investments, and the return on investment is just our incentive. And, as I hope we know, incentives drive the world, and drive 99% of everything you or I do.
