| − | I bought this player primarily because I was looking for a simple and easy NetFlix player that would be a true Hd on our new Hd Tv. Potential problem-- my player (bought used on Amazon) was a customer return... and uh-oh, it had someone else's NetFlix account already on it. Doh! I could not get the NetFlix account switched out, and we really didn't need to be using someone else's account. So I called Panasonic's tech support, and they were a most pleasant surprise. Got an American on the phone, who when I described the problem told me exactly what I needed to do to reset the player to factory settings all of which I could do using my remote control. Within five minutes, everything was working great. Hard to believe, but true. NetFlix looks great in Hd, the player does a extremely nice job with Blu Ray disks and DVDs player has several extremely nice features. Not bad for a unit that I paid $105 for I'd gladly recommend the unit to other individuals, specifically in mild of their exceptional tech support, the relieve of use and the features on the box. Putting in to my wireless network using a crucial was painless and easy, the firmware was simply up to date... I have NO grievances on this unit, only kudos. A single WEEK Later on..... We really like this unit. The player top quality is exceptional, and the sizzling crucial buttons on the remote, which contain NetFlix, are great! My wife likes using it, states it's extremely easy and "intuitive" to use.
